Cutting aluminum and other non-ferrous metal plates with high quality is challenging. These materials are valuable and require precise handling to avoid dimensional inaccuracies, surface defects, and material waste. Optimized cutting solutions ensure precision, clean edges, and minimal deformation. Factors like cutting speed, blade selection, cooling methods, and material clamping are crucial for achieving high-quality results.
As the core equipment in non-ferrous metal plate production lines, precision circular saws directly affect product dimensions, edge quality, and appearance. A high-performance saw must have a precise feed system, stable clamping, and advanced cooling and lubrication to enhance accuracy and efficiency. These features minimize material loss, protect surfaces, and improve consistency, meeting the high standards of modern industry.
Plate Sawing
Manual loading → Sawing table moves transversely to the center position → Sawing table is pulled into the sawing area → Dual saw heads perform longitudinal trimming → Mechanical arm removes the left trim edge → Mechanical arm removes the right trim edge → Saw heads rotate 90° → Saw heads perform transverse lengthwise cutting → Sawing table is pulled out of the sawing area → Sawing table moves transversely to both sides → Manual unloading.
Trim Edge Processing
(Mechanical arm removes trim edges) → Trim edges are placed onto the trim edge roller conveyor → Conveyor transports trim edges to the sizing stop → Clamping mechanism secures the trim edges → Trim edge saw machine advances for cutting → Blade retracts → Saw machine returns → Trim edge short pieces are discharged → Alloy sorting device pushes the material → Trim edge short pieces are collected into a bin.
Chip Briquetting
(Sawing produces metal chips) → Guide chute directs chips to two longitudinal chip conveyors → Chips are collected into a transverse chip conveyor → Chips are crushed by the crusher → Feeding device transports chips to the pre-compression chamber → Pre-compression cylinder compacts the material → Main cylinder presses the chips into briquettes → Briquettes are discharged.
