Conventional Crank Balanced Pumping Units
The conventional crank balanced pumping units have long been known as “The Workhorse” of the oil industry, it is the most universally adaptable unit. They are simple to operate and their reliable, rugged design and construction require minimal maintenance for extended service life. Features
- Center width roller center bearing, strong endurance. Self-aligning bearings are adopted in equalizer beam bearing and crank pin bearing, reducing installationerrors and the vibration when pumping unit is operating.
- Gear reducers are driven by double-arc symmetrical split or involute herringbone wheels that are properly sealed and distinguished with low noise, smooth operation, reliable and durable service. Involute gearing is the quietest in the industry. Reducers with API production qualification.
- Easy counter weight adjustment.
- Bolt-on crank arms.
- “H” section steel structure, high strength and nice load bearing capacity.
- Hanging structure of the horsehead is “self-abdicating” mechanism , facilitating wellhead operations.
- Brake adopts internal expanding or external structure . The brake has safety devices, which can brake quickly, safe and reliable.
- Lubrication grease is supplied by central lubrication system, reducing manual maintenance.
